Cedar Mill Chiropractic Clinic has partnered with Healthy Motion Wellness Center to provide chiropractic services at Tri-D Fitness.

Dr. David Avolio will be providing chiropractic wellness services on Tuesday mornings at Tri-D Fitness 8538 SW Apple Way, Portland, Oregon (near Jesuit High School).  All services provided at the Apple Way location will require payment at the time of service in the form of cash or checks.  Dr. Avolio will not be directly billing insurance companies!
