Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care is like building a house – if you don’t have a good plan, or blueprint, you won’t have the things you need in place for everything to stand strong and work correctly. The same is true for chiropractic treatment. Your chiropractor will communicate with you to understand your needs and will put together a blueprint to help you get past the pain and get back to life as quickly as possible. By working with you to develop a plan for your chiropractic therapy, your body will more effectively and fully repair itself.

Phase 1: Pain Relief Care

When you come in for your first chiropractic office visit, our first and primary objective is to get you past the pain. Depending on the severity of your problem, most patients require 2-3 chiropractic clinic visits per week for 4-12 weeks.

Phase 2: Corrective/Restorative Care

During the corrective care phase, muscles and other tissues are allowed to heal more completely, thereby helping you prevent further injury. Typically, this phase of your chiropractic therapy will require 4-8 visits per month for 6-24 months, depending on your overall health and the severity of your problem.

Phase 3: Chiropractic Wellness Care

Once your body has fully healed, it is important to come in for periodic adjustments to avoid future problems. Usually, this only requires a quick visit to the chiropractor 1-4 times per month, based on your lifestyle and goals.
